This is a team effort on my part and I only refer realtors that I have a great working relationship with. Realtors that are professionals with great communication skills and working with my clients best interests in mind. This quick profile will be transferred to a realtor that best matches your profile and what you are looking for in a realtor.
Now for the fun part. Go out and shop for a new home. Make sure you are looking with in your budget range.
Make an offer. Once you have chosen the home of your dreams and you have your pre-approval, your realtor will guide you through the negotiations of the sale. If you are looking to build a home then I can also get you pre-approved for a construction loan as well.

Here is where the preparation pays off. It’s time you select the type of loan you want that best suits your needs based on your finacial situation and the home you have chosen. This is also the time we review your financial goals and look at the current rates. We will assist you with understanding the details. The pre-approval does not guarantee your rate, but does insure that you are qualified to purchase at the time of pre-approval. We will review rates to see if anything has changed. Once you have identified a loan that you would like, a full application is needed. This can be done online, by telephone or in person. Many of my clients have busy schedules and are all across Oregon and Washington, we will make it as easy as possible for you. We will guide you through this appication in a quick and throrough manner. At this time, your financial documentation will be requested and your application will be submitted.
NEW OWNERSHIP!
The ground work has been laid and now the professionals go to work behind the scenes orchestrating your new home purchase. While your application is being processed a home appraisal will be ordered, and title insurance will be arranged for you. You will also need to secure homeowner’s insurance at this point. We have several professional insurance agents that we can recommend if needed.
CLOSING DAY- This is when you turn from a homebuyer to a homeowner. With your loan approval and supporting documentation in place, we will schedule a closing at the title company office where you will sign all your loan papers and disperse the needed funds. Signing of the documents can be arranged to happen anywhere in the country. When this is done, you walk away with the keys to your new home.
